Built in 1927 by builder John Milligan, this house was one of only three on the block when purchased by three sisters Ella, Nina and Thora Boeson in 1931 who lived here with their mother, Carrie, an immigrant from Denmark who had first lived on a farm on the back of Collage Hill until her husband passed away. Ella Boeson was an RN and her sister Nina was a math teacher at Condon Junior High school on Agate Street.
