This two and one-half story English Cottage/Jacobethan residence was built for Alert R. Tiffany by the noted local architect, John Hunzicker. Mr. Tiffany was a former Registrar at the UO, founder of Tiffany-Davis Corporation, and a partner in the Koke-Tiffany printing firm.
