This is the last structure that C.L. Kelly built in the South University Neighborhood. He lived in the house next door and sold this property to Mrs. Osburn, owner of the Osburn Hotel. It is a Tutor/Mixed style two story structure built as a duplex, but except for the two entries, it appears to be a single family residence.
